All services must be paid at the time of final inspection.

Photography:

We reserve the right to take photos of your vehicle for inspection purposes, which may include before and after detailing. Permission from the owner of the vehicle will be agreed upon prior to any posting of photos to social media.

Personal Property:

Please remove any personal items from the automobile prior to our arrival. We are not liable for any damage to personal belongs left in the car.

Target Areas on the Vehicle:

Specific target areas that require more detail noted by the client that you would like shown special attention should be mentioned at the time of inspection or consultation. Further target areas discovered during inspection can be discussed and arranged at that time.

Overnight/Fast detail projects policy:

Overnight or fast turn-around detail projects will be subject to an appropriate  additional fee. This will be entirely dependent on our availability, the scale of the job, and the expedited time frame desired. We will do our best to work within these time frames as requested, but difficulties with the job cannot be foreseen and these may slow down a job.

Short Notice Detail Projects Policy:

Projects requested for quick turn around with short notice (under 72 hours) will be subject to an appropriate additional fee dictated by the job and level of detail required in the timeframe requested. This is dependent entirely upon our availability for the project requested.

Service Time Policy:

Our services and agreed upon work time is only an estimate. As detailing on a job progresses, sometimes we come across unexpected dilemmas that may increase the time required to complete the service. This will be discussed with the owner of the vehicle prior to any further work on said vehicle as needed. This is to ensure all parties are on the same page regarding the work to be done and other factors such as costs involved. 

Termination of a client relationship:

We reserve the right to terminate client relationships that no longer fit in with our culture and core values. Multiple difficulties with the same client may lead to termination of the working relationship.

We ask for kindness and patience with each detail as some cars can have faults in their paint or body work that is not visible to the naked eye. Jobs like these may take longer than expected or incur further charges.

Previous work to the vehicle:

We are not liable for any damage done to the vehicle if there is evidence that the vehicle does not have original factory paintwork. This means that if the paint is thin in some areas due to previous detailing jobs &/or repaints on the vehicle, we are not at fault if our detail causes unavoidable damage. We do everything we can to ensure this does not happen, but there are occasionally times when previous work led to thinning of the paint in some areas, and that when further detailing is commenced, this paint may be removed completely. We try everything we can to avoid any injuries to your vehicle's paint job, but unfortunately accidents do occur. This ensures that the owner takes full responsibility and understands the risk to the paint during the detail process and cannot hold us liable for damage done to the vehicle due to this issue. This is to be agreed upon prior to the start of any auto detail.

Payment for our time and work completed must be paid at time of final inspection of the car with the owner of the vehicle present.
